Nightshift Staff member was great. A fellow motorbiker, he was very accomodating and understood the need for our bikes to be secured. He was very professional and went above and beyond what we needed. Rooms could do with some updating but if all you need is a place to rest your head and at a great price, then this place is for you. Breakfast was great, nice and easy to help yourself. Would recommend this place when driving through for sure.

It was our choice for a brief overnight stay in Chartres on our way home. The location and the staff are good.

The breakfast was good and nicely presented. A second pillow was given on request. The Candy Bar was a nice touch

The fact that the manager was as quick as a flash to solve a double payment issue caused by the booking website, and with a smile. The fact that they welcome pets warmly. Safe car park.

3 course evening meal was excellent and really good value for money. small bar with reasonable prices.

Room, Breakfast all as I expected. Common areas still need updating but hotel now has air conditioning which was a huge bonus as not expected.

Considering this is a budget hotel I was impressed with the cleanliness, the breakfast and the comfortable bed. The staff were helpful, particularly the woman who was on the desk in the morning, who helped me with a problem with my glasses. She was very friendly and approachable. This is Alison writing this review, not Peter!
